2019 Board Nominees


At each Annual Meeting, Directors shall be elected by the members of the Corporation.  The nomination for Board of Directors will be accepted from **Members of the SSMWC between October 1st and December 31st of the year preceding the election.  Balloting for candidates will be held at the Annual Membership Meeting in March of the following year.  For purposes of Board election, cumulative voting shall not be allowed.

PEGGY YON
Peggy has lived and worked in Silver Springs since moving here in 1995. She opened a small business in town, raised her family here and has been an active member of the Silver Springs community.  Peggy has been on the Board of Directors serving in a number of capacities since 2001.


J. SCOTT KELLER
Scott has lived in Silver Springs and has been a Board member since May 2010.  Scott also serves on the Silver Springs Advisory Board.


GREGORY PEEK
Gregory Peek is president and third generation of ERGS, Inc., a real estate development and construction company.  After ten years working on the Washington, DC legislative staff of congresswomen Barbara Vucanovich (NV) and Helen Chenoweth (ID), Greg joined his father in 2000.  He is active at the local, state and federal levels of the National Association of Home Builders, as well as various local charitable and civic organizations.  Greg was born in Reno, graduated Reno High School, and holds an undergraduate (Bachelor of Arts) degree from Colorado State University, law degree (Juris Doctor) from Catholic University and a master in business administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada.  Greg enjoys golf, mountain and road biking, snow skiing, racquetball, and spending time with his wife and two boys.












**A Member of SSMWC is defined as;
Every person owning property in the SSMWC water service area, as reported to the Nevada State Division of Water Resources and the Nevada Public Utilities Commission, in the County of Lyon, State of Nevada, is considered a member of the corporation.
